Nowadays,more and more people do not stay in the same job for several years.There are varity reason for these behaviour,I reckon that the benefits of changing job frequently are more than the drawbacks. There are some reason why people choose to alter their job ever few years.Firstly,since we are in a fast-changing world,the space of technological change has accelerated ,the worker need to be flexible. For example,about 10 years ago ,many industry need people product goods by hand,but now the mechine can replace them, so they need to find new sutiable job.Secoundly,people who change job can gain more experience than they stay in one job for a long time,they may harvest more knowledge.Thirdly,in order to futher their carrer ,people always be willing to join more challenging job to borden their horizon. In my opinion,people who choose to get a new employment may harvest a lot than they lose.On the one hand,when their corrent job can’t afford enough salary for them to live,they have rights to move to anthor compang which offer a promotion or a higer salary.On the other hand, they can retain in a different occupation, as I mentioned before,the new job maybe challenging,people need to develop a range of skills and experience to adopt it.During this process,the speed of improving abilities will expedite.For example, when they change job constantly,although their life rhythm may be disturbed,they also feel interesting and get more surprise. In conclution, the reason why people switch to other jobs are multitudinous,I would agree that the adventages of this action do overweight the disadventages.
