If people work alone, they may feel that they are working more efficiently than they do in a team. In fact, this is not always the case. When it comes to working, people who collaborate tend to finish their projects faster. Yet, people who do the same work alone typically suffer on assignments. Accordingly, I agree that students who work together will achieve higher efficiency in their projects.

To start, students are more likely to learn from each other by working together on an assignment. As not everyone specializes in the same arena, different students will bring different expertises. As a consequence, each expertise can function in different parts of their task, while those working alone can only rely on themselves. As a result, students will gravitate toward increasing their effectiveness and allowing them to learn from one another cooperation, .

Second, teamwork helps construct good relationships. There is no doubt that an individual on a team assignment required is prone to ask for instructions of others. As working on the same goal, each one in the group tends to construct good relationships from which, they benefit. For instance, My friend used to be regarded as a person born to work alone until he was overwhelmed during a competition. This boy had no choice but to turn for help to some fellows. In the course, they helped each other and forged tight friendships, which, in turn, led to a high level of teamwork, with the assignment achieved much more effectively.

To summarize, those who do their assigned projects together are receiving much better effectiveness on their projects. In contrast, those who toil alone put too much time while having finalized the projects. Together-working students do work more effectively than those alone.
