People[ absolute statement  ] have a certain position [ unclear word/position here can mean different things  ]when they work for an enterprise. In other words, people [ repetition  ]need to deal with[ check what ‘deal with’ means in English-English dictionary  ] staffs[unclear word   ] which[/that   ] belong to their post. As a result, we[ shift of subject  ] often do repeated works [ word form error  ]day by day, which tires us easily[use conditional writing   ]. (In my perspective, I believe)[ repetitive  ] that workers are more satisfied when they have[use a stronger verb   ] many different types of tasks to do during the workday[repetition to the prompt   ]. (My standpoints will be elaborated in the following paragraphs.)[write a sentence that contains meaningful information   ]

Firstly, (tasks of different kinds can stimulate)[logical confusion   ] workers’ passion for their work. The scientific truth clearly manifested[ grammatical error  ] that our brain dislikes repeated and tedious works[ word form error  ]. (Its efficiency of operating)[ wordy  ] descents when we (do the same thing all day long)[informal   ]. As a result, we feel[ /become  ] unsatisfied about our jobs. On the contrary, if there are plural work types for workers[grammatical error/subjunctive   ], their brain[word form/shift of object   ] can synthesize chemicals such as dopamine. (This chemical satisfies workers during the workday)[ unclear  ]. For example, my English teacher always dispenses the[ article error  ] same homework everyday. (However, my math teacher changes the type of tasks everyday. Therefore, we feel more satisfied about the math homework.)[ combine choppy sentences  ]

Secondly, Different[ word form error  ] types of tasks can make[use a stronger verb   ] workers acquire the sense of accomplishment. Workers confront some difficulties when they are asked to do tasks which they are unfamiliar with[ wordy  ]. In that case, they will [tense error   ]take efforts to surmount those difficulties. Once they finish the task, they will[tense issue   ] feel excited because their endeavors are (responded by success)[ unclear  ]. Logically, they feel more satisfied with their works.

Admittedly, it’s myopic to blindly draw the conclusion that many different work types always satisfy workers. For instance, difficulties that workers encounter (during they are dealing with new tasks)[ unclear  ] can be (too difficult for them)[ unclear/ too…to  ]. Hence, this kind of setbacks[  word form error ] harms workers[word form error   ] enthusiasm severely. However, due to (that the advantages is more than the disadvantages)[wordy   ], I still( firmly support my opinion)[ write differently  ].

In conclusion, workers are more satisfied when they have many different types of tasks to do.[repetition   ]
