Academic learning from university do benefit young people by building up their basic knowledge system on the industry. However, theories are only the structure of an industry, experience and useful skills are needed to form up the whole industry. Therefore, internship and work experience are necessary in university education.

Knowledge from textbooks may be too old for the industry. Due to the features of the internet, tons of ideas and experience are sharing within the industry which makes the knowledge in books may become out of fashion anytime. If students only sitting in the classrooms and reading words in text books they will never know about the reality situation of the industry. At the end, what they have learned from university may not help them fit in their future work.
