Some people think developing countries should invite foreign companies to open branches, offices and factories to promote their economies. Others say that they should keep foreign companies out.

Under globalization, more and more corporations begin to take a multinational management approach. However, there are conflicting views on whether developing countries should allow foreign companies to operate or not. In my opinion, it is beneficial to finance if developing countries allow overseas companies to operate in their nations.

On the one hand, foreign companies can help developing countries improve their finance. Due to the operation of branches, offices and factories, a large number of new jobs will be brought, which means more individuals will find their work and more productivity will be created. All above are able to promote the economies of the country to a great extent. What’s more, domestic enterprises can improve themselves by referring to the business methods of multinational corporations from developed countries. Plenty of time and money can be saved by learning from good experiences.

On the other hand, there are also those claiming that developing countries are supposed to refuse foreign companies to enter their domestic market. If native companies can get enough economical support from their own country, they can produce for the whole country and export those products, earn of which can be used in other sectors of development. However, the process will spend plenty of time and money and no one is able to give a surety of success, though it seems to be feasible. Besides, it is unfair to prohibit the participation of foreign companies.

In conclusion, from my personal perspective, it should not be banned in developing countries that foreign corporations join the native market.
