In the contemporary world, it’s common practice for some people to choose a secure job. However, personally, I believe satisfaction in a position is more important than security.

To start with, satisfactory jobs often bring a sense of achievement. A satisfactory job may be not so stable, but it comes out of our interest. Thus, it provides dozens of opportunities to dive into the area we want to explore. Admittedly, such work may bring along many challenges and obstacles in the process. However, since we are doing what we seek to do, our energy and resilience is more prepared in front of troubles. Langping, the coach of Chinese Women’s Volleyball team is the perfect example here.
