In the future all cars, buses and trucks will be driverless. The only people travelling inside these vehicles will be passengers. Do you think the advantages of driverless vehicles outweigh the disadvantages? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge

When it comes to the driverless vehicles, People hold divergent views. In my opinion，while there are some benefits of driverless transportation, I believe the drawbacks of it outweigh its superiority.

On the one hand, driverless vehicle symbolizes the development of technology, it will improve the safety and decrease the uncertainty by  big data and cloud computing, which will remain the casualty in traffic accidents .In this way, people can have more time to enjoy the beautiful sightseeing through the window rather than worrying about the possibility of traffic accidents. and the driverless transportation could eliminate the necessity of drivers’learning. There are tons of people being underrated, underappreciated, underprivileged by peers and driving coaches because they don’t have the aptitude of driving, the prevalence of driverless vehicles will tackle this problem.

On the other hand, it is perhaps even more important to pay attention to the disadvantages of driverless vehicles. First an d foremost, the development of driverless vehicles will bring about the mass unemployment of relevant industries such as the taxi and driving school. Because of recession of driving, some employees will be fired from the company, which will cut off the main economical source of families. Next, such deed will contribute to fueling the crime rate. The prevalence of driverless vehicles will cause the exodus of experts with expertise. Since these elites will be disillusioned with the fact that the depression of driving market, thus it is too hard to stimulate their enthusiasm and fulfill their initiatives, which makes them skeptical to the government and revenge society to express their resentment and dissatisfaction. Thirdly, it will deprive people of awareness of danger. It is not uncommon to see that people are more and more relying on technology, they deal with sort of things by using sophisticated science technology even something pertains to security. Provided that there are something wrong in a driverless car, and passengers are devoid of the competence of tackling with danger, it will cause a calamity.

In conclusion, although there are something good to driverless vehicles, the drawbacks of it could not be underestimated.
