Nobody can deny that we need to make decisions more carefully because having an unsatisfactory job is better than unemployment and the shortage of money is better than becoming beggars. There are many international companies that have downsized or restructured or outsourced since people have to stay at home to reduce the risk of exposure to the virus. Under the circumstance, stores shut down in many countries according to regulation. The declined demand, reduced employers and social distance lead to a crisis not only in the economy but also in the social network. Therefore, it is best to accept the bed situation.

On the other hand, ether managers in companies or employees need to have long-term goals to learn from different changes in the world. The most of bad situations are not the individual’s fault but individuals can have a positive impact on improving the bad conditions. People can make progress through ongoing training or distance learning or autonomous learning to develop specialized skills that are crucial for job promotion or application. Furthermore, it is reasonable to pursuit increments, bonuses, or perks if employees did many efforts.
