In this intensely competitive society with high unemployment rate, many people want to find a Ssecure job so they do not have to fear of being fired. I agree.

The supporters of owning a satisfied job argue that it can spur their potential and create values since they are more likely to regard work as pleasure rather than huge pressure. Most people who are not contented with their work may think it is boring and tedious, and even see their working responsibilities as a burden. If they can find the job that they love and be satisfied with their assignments, they would find interest in it and would also make every attempt to achieve it as the most as they can. In this way,they can unearth their strengths and talents and also feel a sense of accomplishment when finishing it.

On the other hand,opponents may think that a secure job is much more worthy because it can bring a live with insurance. The competition in the labor market is extremely intense and workers can be sacked readily if they do not keep up to date with the society due to the advanced technology and slighter reliance on human labors. While people who have a job with high security are less likely to be fired ,doctors and teachers,for example,can earn a decent income without worrying about being out of the work which means they can cover their living expenses and also live comfortably.

I personally prefer to have a steady job which can increase the level of happiness because of the low-pressure. A secured job which do not have much pressure like a university teacher means people can get their salaries even in holidays and do not need to work overtime to meet the requirements of supervisors. Instead of engaing almost every time in working and leading a hectic life,people can have more time to enjoy their lives and spend quality time with their parents and friends, so they can easily feel a sense of well-being and feel less stressful under this circumstance.
