Many people think modern communication technology is having some negative effects on social relationships. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Complaints about the impact of online conversation have become a familiar refrain.A view prevails among some people that internet communication is a bane of mingling with other people.I partly agree with this view.

A good reason to back up my stand is that people only relying on media to konw others are more likely to be misled.There is sufficient evidence that people are likely to be cheated without encountering in the real world.There exist a strong difference between the real and the virtual apprance.For instance,an old woman may disguise herself as a beautiful girl and then deceive other young boys.

Another point to consider is that the bond with friends and familier may get loosed.As people can interact with others with a click of the mouse,people cannot have a face-to-face conversation with their peers.Given that good relationships is inexbricably linked to off-line activities,it would be shortsighted for people to glue their eyes on the screen.Through these activities,people can really share feelings with their friends.

On the other hand,a potential benefit of communicating on the Internet may be that people can make more friends with people in various fields.Evidently,it allows people to learn more knowledges and better know how to deal with interpersonal relationships.In addition,it is more convenient and flexible for people who dwell in remote areas to interact with others.

In conclusion,having communication through website,though bringing some benefits to people’s communication,is far from the most approach for people to build a bridge with their friends or families.
