Master项目选择：duke的MSS还是William & Mary的COR

收到两个offer:
1. duke的statistical science （无奖学金）

我比较偏向于在美就业和继续读phd两可的program，麻烦老师分析下两个项目各自的优劣势，谢谢
另外，由于duke的录取信2月就到了，当时没有其他的录取结果就接受了，但还没有开始办理I20，请问如果拒掉的话，该怎么回复学校比较好？不想给学校留个坏印象

Congratulations! Both programs are great! Both programs offer the opportunity to pursue doctoral studies.
Both are strong programs, and the only difference lies in the program’s emphasis. Duke’s program emphasizes statistical analysis and machine learning technologies while CWM emphasizes combinational studies of statistics and computer science. I believe that graduating from either of the programs will allow you to find a job easily, so simply choose the program based on 1. you would like to focus on statistical/machine learning studies; or 2: combinational studies of statistics and computer science.
