New technologies and ways of buying and selling are transforming the lives of consumers.

As new technologies and new accesses to buy and sell have appeared to consumers’ daily life, their lives confront changes inevitably. I totally agree these new technologies are transforming people’s life.

Shopping online makes one’s life more convenient. Consumers don’t need to spend time on the way to shopping malls, instead clicking at the mouse or scroll on the phone, they can buy anything they want. In this way, people have the chance to taste a variety of food from all over the world, and put on clothes and shoes in different styles. Regarding to the sellers, new ways of business make their working time more flexible, since it’s not necessary for them to stay at the store and cater for consumers. What they are supposed to do is to check the order and prepare the products the consumers bought. Therefore, new ways of buying and selling transformed the living styles of consumers.

Except for convenience, the buyer can have more control over the whole process. Price Consumers can compare different websites or stores online to find the most attractive product. After ordering, the buyer can check the process of delivery. When they received the item they bought, they can check if there is something bad or it is just not suitable, and many shopping platforms offer the refund or exchange service. So the quality of products can be guaranteed.

In conclusion, shopping online has brought significant changes to the lives of consumers. The buyer not only has wide access to products but also has the right to control the buying process.
