    TOPIC:
Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement.
To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste?

It is not uncommon that there are a large number of people who ignore the importance of rubbish reused. Although the legislation undoubtedly play an essential role in forcing people to recycle, I strongly believed that it is not only one measure that government can take.

In the first place, recycling law can improve the awareness about cyclic uti lization of people. There remains the situation that many citizens through rubbish everywhere, not to say reused the waste. This phenomenon can not only caused the contamination but also result in a waste of resources. Therefore, government should take strict regulation in order to enhance the environmental friendly responsibility in all individuals. In addition, someone who drop litter carelessly should be fined, while others who have the recycling consciousness can be prized.

For another thing, some effective recycling related measures should be implemented by goverment. For instance, people are required to divided rubbish in different kinds, like hamful trash , unrecoverable litters as well as recycled garbages. We all know that old bottles and plastic products can be reprocessed. Apart from that ,donating old clothes to charity is a good way to help people who are in poverty.

Generally speaking, there is no doubt that legislation will let people pay much more attention to recycling, but it is not enough to rely on laws rarely. There are many methods like develop the technology which can improve the efficiency of utilization.
