Nowadays, job change is a common phenomenon in the work place. However, some people tend to stay in the same job. From my perspective, trying different occupations is a better choice.
One of its advantages is to broaden people’s horizons. After trying various occupations, people gain knowledge of different fields. If they stick to the same job, their horizons tend to be limited. Besides, various job experience could improve mental health. Some people relax and get a sense of adventure by landing on numerous jobs. A new work environment refreshes the mind of workers who otherwise get impressed by repeated and timid work. Furthermore, people with several work experiences are usually competitive in the job market. Most employers prefer workers who have abundant work experience in various fields. They can adapt to a new environment more swiftly and easily, saving companies’ budgets for training.
On the other hand, staying in the same company and do the same job have benefits for people. They could accumulate skills and experiences in a certain field quickly. If one stayed in the same workplace for decades, he or she would be extremely familiar with the duty and the company. In addition, their employers will reward their loyalty with a steady salary. People who prefer job security always enjoy a sustainable and steady income. Naturally, it’s foreseeable that their living standard will improve step by step.
In conclusion, not switching jobs does have merits, but experiencing distinct works is attractive to employees, especially young workers who are keen to challenge themselves.

- The introductory paragraph fails to address the topic properly.
- Most pronouns are unclear. Examine all pronouns, if they fail to echo a noun accurately, then change them to nouns.
