It is hard to deny that many athletes fight for the pride of their country in the Olympic games and massive numbers of stars earn large sums for the movie industry .Such a fact leads impressionable people to generate the opinion that they deserve higher payment than ordinary workers as they become the symbols of a national industry and the image of top companies. However，such a statement suffers from both logical and factual fallacies ,and it should be examined meticulously. As far as social stability,productivity and fairness are concerned, I strongly hold that occupational employees should be paid more than others who work in sport and recreation fields.
First and foremost, teachers play a pivotal role in cultivating talents for society and ensuring stability of a country.
To be more specific history teachers render students to learn experiences from past events such as wars and revolutions ; students know the process of development of a society，build the world view. Through teachers’ guidance in laws curriculum they know how to distinguish right from wrong and establish a perception of values, behave in a socially-acceptable way. Moreover, all of this knowledge is the bedrock of being an elite. They can constantly make profits for their own country in the corporate world. If we do not pay attention to ignore people who work in the education industry, part of people without basic literacy and law consciousness, they may rob or steal for their livelihood. Therefore，educators notably contribute to the stability of society .On the other hand, for athletes and stars, No matter how much they did do for the economy, they always need a teacher to guide them from an early age so that to avoid managing to make a fortune by devious means.
Additionally, the fact that mostlymainly primarily only the doctor can help to cure challenging severe tough and new diseases effectively especially during the pandemic indicates that social productivity and efficiency would not have been assured if we do not have doctors.
