Provide additional training for teachers, so they can know more methods to teach

Education is always the hot topic concerned by every family, since parents are expecting the next generation to have a better social status in the future. When government decides to provide the financial support for children’s education, from my standpoint, training teachers to make them teach more effective study methods for children is the optimal choice.

First, students will improve their study efficiency when their teachers obtain professional training. Because it is undoubted that teachers’ teaching quality will be enhanced by accepting specialized instructions, they will have different teaching approaches to solve various study problems of students. For instance, elementary school teachers can organize some interesting games to attract the attention of young students, who are usually naught and hard to focus on study for a long period, to make them absorb knowledge effectively, which might be one of tricks on the teachers’ training materials.

Second, government will receive a high return of elites to construct society better by investing teachers to attend training program. As teachers who have high teaching quality are able to teach more superior students, and the city will develop rapidly by those elites dedicating their life to construct every aspects of society. A mayor illustrates the secret of his city developing rapidly in recent years in an interview, “It is so sensible that our government encourages all teachers in my city to attend training program economically. After that, something changed, students obtain better understanding on dull and complicated knowledge like physics, since those trained teachers perform interesting experiments on the classes instead of showing slides merely, which not only helps students understand knowledge easily, but also arouses students’ enthusiasm in science. With the similar method to stimulate more students’ curiosity in different subjects, more and more our students receive the admissions from famous universities like MIT. And after their graduations, those elites play a significant role on a huge development of our society.”

In conclusion, it would be wise for government to offer training program for teachers.
