    It is the teacher who is professional enough to evaluate the teachers’ performance because he or she acquires adequate specialized knowledge and has the ability to supply the theory into practice. To be more specific, they know how to be a good teacher. That is to say, they know the things that a good teacher need such as a certain of responsibility and knowledge, so they can evaluate whether he or she is a good teacher well. But the student has its own edge as well. The reason is that the teacher is to teach the student. And the students’ suggestion is more important than the teachers’ advice. So no one can deny that the students’ advice is useful to evaluate teachers’ performance.

    To begin with, the accuracy of the students’ advice does a vital role in improving education, including methodology and pattern. The reason why the teachers always tend to modify their ways of teaching to refine their teaching effect is that we are living in a education-oriented society where the people value education so much that everyone wants their kids to accept advanced education. The more amount, the more accurate. That is to say, due to the reason that the number of teachers is obviously less than that of students, the information evaluated by the students is more accurate, all-round and holistic than by the teachers, to evaluate teachers’ performance.
