There are two opinions on the key to achieve success in the world. Most people think that talent is the most important factor, while others think everyone can be taught to achieve the goal. I think the talent is the basic.  But you can’t achieve that, if you don’t work hard and have a good method.

We all admit that we all have our own talent, and you will face the situation that you can make them  100% of effort, but you just achieve 50% of goals. But in another area you may face that you make 50% of effort and you can achieve a 100% of goals. This is what  talent can give you. It can make less effort, but achieve a higher score on the area where you have talent.

But there are more factors we must face on the way to success. Firstly, the right method is important for our success. Secondly, hard working is also important. Everyone  can’t achieve success if they don’t work. For example, Kobe definitely doesn’t have the greatest talent all over the world, but no one can’t achieve the unforgettable position like Kobe, if they don’t work as hard as Kobe.

In conclusion, if you want to do a great job on the area we are working on, the talent is the basic part. But working hard on a good method is more important than that
