The distribution of educational resource has been a tough issue so far. Some people believe that everyone should be educated equally, while others argue that the talented children ought to be taught uniquely. Personally speaking, training talent separately is more sensible.

Educating every children together stands for equality. The idea makes children believe that there are no differences between their intelligence. Thus, students have more passion to work since they consider that everyone can be caught up with through the hard work. However, the same education may lead to the disappearance of some potential talent. A man who are gifted in singing, as an illustration, will never be found and trained through common class such as geography and chemistry.

Meanwhile, separate education can entirely release students’ personal ability, especially those are gifted. The method helps talents gaining more achievement. A young mathematical genius, for example, may develop more theories and contributions if being specially trained instead of going to common math classes. But sometime the method is hardly assessable, as it is hard to classify who is genius and who is ordinary. Therefore, more effort should be put into making an evaluate system in order to find as many gifted children as possible.

In my opinion, teaching students separately is more suitable for future education. Because by receiving unique teaching, children will not only develop greater abilities, but also find more pleasure since personal teaching plan can fit their interests well. What’ more, to a social degree, an expert in a specific subject brings much more benefits than a normal worker, and separate education leads to the most amount of professors. Above all, I think children grow up to be ordinary for a simple reason that they haven’t realized their ability, and private teaching can properly guide them to find their special gift.
