Some people think that men and women have different qualities

Some people think that men and women have different qualities. Therefore, some certain jobs are suitable for men and some jobs are suitable for women. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Some people believe that different genders own different qualities, which makes job suitable for a certain gender. From my perspective, I partly agree with this viewpoint because the factors affecting the job selection is not just the difference of in gender.

It is certain that people of different genders are suitable for different jobs. For

example, the male are full of power and energy adopting some hard jobs like moving bricks. As for the female, they are careful so they can do some detailed jobs, like secretaries and accountants. The gender will help people quickly adapting certain jobs, so that makes various genders people have their preferable jobs. But those phenomena also let people misunderstanding that gender decides job.And these recognitions cause many jobs lacking a normal rate of different gender and unfair job choice.

Gender may limit small parts of job selection, but most jobs are equal for males and females. Many people believe that only male has reasonate thinking and is the best for scientist. In fact, there are many famous scientists who are female,such as Tu youyou, who discovered artemisinin and saves many people’s lives all over the world. Meanwhile, the male is not well regarded as a fashion designer because people suppose they are not interested in it. But some famous brands, like Dior and Channel, own lots of male designers and make fabulous designs which lead a the progress of esthetics.So people’s job hunting rarely depends on gender.

In conclusion, small groups of jobs are suitable for a certain gender, but it doesn’t mean all job selections rely on gender. People can choose their interest in fields and make great effects to actualise their dreams.
