I think both of them should take the responsibility to improve the children’s awareness of being a good member of society.

Then, compared with teachers, parents have more energy to notice and teach their children. In school, teachers should take care of the whole class, so they may not observe some problems with kids. Also, parents are more likely to help kids be nice members of society. Kids are usually a little shy and defensive when facing teachers. But when facing parents, kids are more relaxed, so parents may have more chances to meet the authentic kids and help them to correct some mistakes.

Teachers usually receive much more education than parents, so they have more effective methods to teach kids. Also there are many students in school, which can help kids learn how to get along with others in advance.

Generally speaking, both parents and schools have many advantages for children to learn how to be a good member of society. I believe that only if parents and school work together can help kids grow better.
