In general, what stands of the graphs is that the distribution of sodium intake is similar to that of saturated fat, while that of added sugar is quite different.
Dinner is the primary source of sodium and saturated fat intake, with 43% and 37% respectively, while snacks(about 42%) devote most to the consumption of added sugar. Lunch takes up more than a quarter of both sodium(29%) and saturated fat(26%), which is considered to second biggest part.
As to snacks, though it is the most element of added sugar intake, it only made up 14% and 21% of the consumption of sodium and saturated. Breakfast contains the lowest amounts of sodium, saturated fat and added sugar.
