    The chart below shows information about changes in average house prices in five different cities between 1990 and 2002 compared with the average house prices in 1989. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

    The chart show the changes in average house prices during the period from 1990 to 2002 in New York, Madrid, Tokyo, Frankfurt ,London, compared with 1989.

    If is cleat from the chart that the figure in Frankfurt was stood at about 2 percents. As tor Tokyo, showed an upward trend from-7%to-5%,but still steady. Similarly, in Madrid, the figure had a slightly increase, from 1 percent to 5 percent.
    By comparison, the figure for other cities changed dramatically. With regard to London, the growth was significant during the period, from nearly -7, the average of 1990-1995, to about 12, average of 1996-2002.This trend also seen in New York , the average house price climbed to 5% compared with 1989 during the period of 1996-2002, from -5% during 1990-1995.

    Overall, the percentage change  in average in house prices in Madrid, Tokyo,  Frankfurt is compared
    steady. On the other hand, figures of New York  and London  showing a dramatic  increase.The percentage change in average house prices in London increased the most from 1990-2002.
