According to the charts, dinner take the largest account of sodium and fat, which the percentages are 43% and 37%. In the meanwhile, snacks obtain the highest added sugar compered to the other three meals, which is up to 42%. On average, breakfast has the lowest percentage in all of three nutrients. And nutrients we took in from lunch is medium level.
To summarizes, breakfast and lunch has significant implication on the nutrients we absorb in everyday and won`t let us eat too much. On the contrary, dinner and snacks have high level of nutrients that exceed our needs. Therefore, eating breakfast and lunch on time is required, and we should eat less in dinner and keep snacks minimum.
