    The graph below shows percentages of different types of household waste which were recycled in one city between 1992 and 2002. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

    The chart below illustrates different proportions of 4 kinds of homemade rubbish which includes plastic, cans, paper and glass and is recycled in a country in a period of time.

    The first part is about plastic. In 1992, the percentage is 10%. In the following years which are 1997 and 2002, two bars are the same and they are a little bit higher than 5 years ago. As for cans, the number is the same like plastic in 1997.1992’s bar seems more than that. When it comes to 2002, it increases to 20% in a rapid way.

    The tendencies of recycling trash of paper and glass are quite similar.To start with 1992, they have the same proportions and it’s about 12%. Then, paper’s number rises at 18%. At last, it adds to 19% at an amazing rate. The last part is glass. It reaches the percentage which is the same as the bar of paper in 2002. Finally, in 2002, the number reaches almost 50%.
