    The table compares the figure for travellers to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after its refurbishment and two charts illustrate the result of surveys about the extent of satisfaction of visitors during the same two durations.

    According to the table, there have been 18,000 visitors in the later year more than that in the year before refurbishment. Seeing the charts, people who were satisfied with and very satisfied with the museum before accounted for total 45% while the percentage reached 75% after refurbishment with 40% and 35% respectively.

    The percentage of visitors who were dissatisfied with the museum dropped dramatically from 40% to 15%. Also, those who were very dissatisfied with it made up only 5% afterwards compared to 10% before. At the same time, the proportion of visitors who didn’t respond to the surveys was stable at 5% during these periods.
