in present-day society,a small proportion of people may hold a view point that the students are supposed to work alone on assignments without others help because working on the self-directed project can let the students think independently.However,I can not agree with this view.In fact, working together on assignments can spare more time and make projects as effective as possible.
First of all, students participate in a team when engaging in projects is interactive for them to learn from each other , making them more well-rounded as well . Because students face up to unexpected problems when they do on project,they can communicate with each other which  enable them to come up with effective ideas in coping with various problem and boost their ability to learn.Therefore,working together as a team provides students with more opportunities to learn from other peers’ experience and finally establish their team spirit.

Apart from, team working can generate unique ideas to a project,which improve the work more efficient. As a matter of fact, one of the advantages of working together is to facilitate the brainstorm ideas creation,students can express their views and come up with an new way to address the same issue and this may extinguish creativity for those who merely depend on themselves when doing on project. Eventually, it is a good procedure to pay attention to teamwork.

Yet another thing we should consider is a significant rule of teamwork which means ‘trust’ . Students work together in a mutual trust bring the process extremely harmonious , in addition to, effective and efficient. Regardless of the project which is in a complex condition ,the trust of teamwork motivates students to finish the project as well as enhance the students’ enthusiasm.

In conclusion, encourage students to work together on project can give the students more inspirations and let the process more effective and efficient . The more times talking with others ,the better ideas you come up with. Thus,joining the team,and you will find unexpected treasures.
