Workers are more satisfied when they have many different types of tasks to do during the workday than when they do similar tasks all day long. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
With the advancement of industrialization, it’s important for the normal function of an enterprise or company to let specific employees do specific works. In other words, workers are needed to do the same tasks repeatedly. Hence, many workers are gradually getting bored and lethargic during working. In my perspective, workers are more satisfied when they have many different types of task to do during the workday. My standpoints will be elaborated in the following paragraphs.
First and foremost, doing repeated things bore us obviously. When we contact brand new things at first. Curiosity and enthusiasm to unknown things will make us excited. However, as time goes by, we will gradually lose the curiosity and begin to feel bored. Consequently, for repeated works, we will easily feel bored and unsatisfied. For instance, at the beginning of a new lesson, we always curious about new acknowledge we will learn in the future, but sooner we will feel asleep in the following classes.
At the same time, by doing assorted tasks, workers will perceive themselves as an important part of the company they are working for. To be specific, when doing different types of tasks, workers will suppose that they play multiple roles in the function of company. Hence, they will believe that they are versatile and valuable to the congregation. For example, when I was a freshman in the college, as a monitor in our class, I prefer to dispense different missions to some classmates. Surprisingly, I discovered that never they lost passion of completing works.
Admittedly, when frequently changing the type of works for employees, they will have little time to adapt to new type of work, which means that they will fail to do will in those new works. However, due to that this situation is minor, it’s seemingly not possible to hurt the efficiency of cooperation. Besides, if we wisely choose the sort of work for each workers, we can guarantee that all workers’ efficiency and passion simultaneously.

Firstly, tasks of different kinds can stimulate workers’ passion for their work. The scientific truth clearly manifested that our brain dislikes repeated and tedious works. Its efficiency of operating descents when we do the same thing all day long. As a result, we feel unsatisfied about our jobs. On the contrary, if there are plural work types for workers, their brain can synthesize chemicals such as dopamine. This chemical satisfies workers during the workday. For example, my English teacher always dispenses the same homework everyday. However, my math teacher changes the type of tasks everyday. Therefore, we feel more satisfied about the math homework.
Secondly, Different types of tasks can make workers acquire the sense of accomplishment. Workers confront some difficulties when they are asked to do tasks which they are unfamiliar with. In that case, they will take efforts to surmount those difficulties. Once they finish the task, they will feel excited because their endeavors are responded by success.
