In fact, it is hard to judge which mode of work is better. However, as far as effectiveness of work and personal prospect, I strongly hold that various types of assignments make workers more satisfied than similar tasks.

Firstly, doing different types of tasks can improve the effectiveness of work, since diverse tasks can maintain our interest in work. Meanwhile, just as the saying goes, interest is the best teacher. When someone is interesting in his work, he will sparing no effort to complete his tasks. And as a result, the efficiency of work increases.

Secondly, skills development is another advantage of doing different types of work as well. If someone gets tired of his current work or is unsatisfied with the salary of his work, he can easily find a better job due to his versatility. What’s more, there must be various trouble confronted in our daily work. Under these circumstances, people who has been working for various types of tasks can solve the problems well because of their rich experience. In the long run, their promotions will be more smooth than the people who do the similar tasks everyday.

In conclusion, although doing similar tasks all day long is easeful, I still maintain that experiencing various affairs everyday satisfies us. In fact, people who have been doing their repetitive work for several decades feel their work tedious and their life monotonous. It is the rich experience that enriches our daily life and makes the world more colorful and wonderful.
