In some peoples’ view, doing the same tasks could cause less trouble and lead a relaxing life style. Contrary to these peoples’ opinions is my perspective is that doing different types of tasks can make workers satisfied, due to the contributions to the development of personal skills and learning ability.

What must be prioritized is that workers are more satisfied when they have plenty of different tasks to do during the workday, instead of doing the same tasks all day along. This is because doing various tasks are beneficial to workers’ development of learning ability. To begin with, dealing with different types of tasks provide workers with an opportunity to boost their knowledge base. In detail, when workers are busy in solving problems from different aspects, they have to search information and use it in a short time, gradually, workers’ knowledge base enlarged. Moreover, never can we ignore is that workers doing different tasks can improve their ability of management of time. To explain it further, workers in busy situation they have to set a proper time schedule for each different task and they need to communicate with their work fellows more efficiently and make decisions quickly. With this circumstance, people will be more concentrated on their work. What should be equally worth discussing is that doing different types of tasks is beneficial to interpersonal skills. To begin with, Because of plenty of tasks, workers have to interact with others from different departments of company. To be more specific, with long term communication and meeting, workers get to know experts from various fields, and they will cooperate more efficiently.  Additionally, people can handle different type of tasks can lead a comfortable life. Specially, a worker with different tasks is more competitive than people with single tasks. Companies also select a person who can adapt to different situations as a leader, so they always get a better salary and have a rosy life.

To conclude, only by doing different type of tasks, instead of same tasks can workers feel more satisfied.
