    Young people who commit crimes should be treated in the same way as adults by authorities. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

    It is a common phenomenon that the juvenile crime is increasing at a terrifying rate around the world. Some people reckon that juvenile criminals are judged by the law which is suitable for adults. This statement is no true by considering the deterrent to young people and the fairness of victims.

    First and foremost, using a more powerful and authoritative laws to treat the young criminals is served as a deterrent to them. Most of young offenders realize that if they commit crime, they can get off lightly due to the protection laws. It causes the young generation not pay more attention to learn about the laws and harbor the conspiracy to break the law. For example, majority of students suffer from the school bully in recent years because those perpetrators hardly are punished or cost a lot. In their mind, committing petty like menace, fight, bully isn’t illegal but it actually breaks the laws. Therefore, if the law become more serious than before, maybe they clearly understand payment of his illegal activities. It can impose positive impact on young man to force them out of crime.

    Furthermore, it is helpful for promoting fair in society. Lots of juvenile crime are protected by the low due to the immature mind. It means not only the victims are innocent but also the young criminals should be forgiven. For victims, it is unfair because they experience the disastrous suffering which might lead to the disability, psychological issues, and death. However, criminals stay the juvenile prison and will leave several years later. If young man who commit crimes are treated as adults, the juvenile criminals need to reform thought labor like adults such as transform the stone, clean streets, fix the broken item and so on. Thus, young people who break the laws must to atone for his crime by contributing the society. It shows the fair to society effectively.

    In conclusion, judging juvenile criminals using adults’ laws warn all of young people to far away the crime. Meanwhile, it makes people understand everybody is equal before the law.
