Colleges, where students set up their dreams, possess abundant resources, academic and non-academic. As for the students there, they need to arrange their time for each engagement. And regarding college schools, the bothering problem is the fund distribution. Some believe classes and libraries need more financial support than sports and social activities. But in my viewpoint, extra-academic doings are as significant as academics.

Although many people think that students ought to stop all the occupation except studying, this way is counterproductive. According to the research, excessive exposition to works lead to working efficiency depression. In contrast, moderate diversion can help people concentrate better on their tasks. So for students, a change of atmosphere can reinvigorate the productive study after their hours of learning. Besides, the inspiration from extracurricular activities is conducive to assimilating knowledge. As a result, sports and social activities are not an escape from the study, but an encouragement. In other words, a composite schedule has a synergetic effect on learning.

Furthermore, what students need in college period is not only the improvement of scholarship but socialization. No one is an island, and none of the schools is an ivory tower. To adapt to future social lives, students ought to learn how to deal, communicate, and cooperate with others. Hence, social activities are excellent opportunities for college students to take rehearsals. For instance, my roommate Ray participated in many social affairs during his university period. He joined the basketball team, volunteered in nearby neighborhoods, and conducted social investigations. Thence he widened social skills and scope, and succeeded in joining a renowned business company after graduation. No doubt, social interactions are essential in students’ campus experience.

In conclusion, extracurricular activities catalyze both the learning and maturation process of students. Colleges should attach the same importance to them as academic resources.

Overcoming the fierce competition in admission test, students get access to their dream colleges. There are abundant resources available to the students, academic and non-academic. As for college schools, nevertheless, the perennial bothering problem is not the test but financial distribution. Some believe classes and libraries need more financial support than sports and social activities. But in my viewpoint, extra-academic doings are as significant as academics.

Granted, a popular view is that students ought to stop all the stuffs except studying. However, this way is counterproductive. According to the research, excessive exposition to works lead to working efficiency depression. In contrast, moderate diversion can help people concentrate better on their tasks. After learning about serious things for hours, a change of atmosphere can reinvigorate students in productive study. Besides, the inspiration from extracurricular activities is conducive to assimilating knowledge. As a result, sports and social activities are not an escape from the study, but an encouragement. In other words, a composite schedule has a synergetic effect on learning.

To adapt to future social lives, students ought to learn how to deal, communicate, and cooperate with others. Hence, social activities are excellent opportunities for college students to take rehearsals. For instance, my roommate Ray participated in many social stuffs during his university period. He joined the basketball team of our department, volunteered in nearby neighborhoods, and conducted social investigations in vacations. Widening social skills and scope therefore, he succeeded in joining a renowned business company after graduation. No doubt, social interactions are essential in students’ campus experience.

Overcoming the fierce competition, students get access to their dream colleges. The schools will provide them with abundant resources, both academic and non-academic. Unlike the finished admission test, balance of investment still puzzles college managers. Some believe classes and libraries need more financial support than sports and social activities. But in my viewpoint, extra-academic activities are as significant as classes and libraries.

Acknowledged, the view that students ought to spend all their time studying is popular. However, this way is counterproductive. The longer, the lower. According to the research, excessive exposition to works could reduce the working efficiency. In contrast, moderate diversion can help people concentrate better on their tasks. Sports, debates, and other activities can reinvigorate students in the high-efficiency study. Besides, the inspiration from extracurricular activities is conducive to assimilating knowledge. As a result, sports and social activities are not an escape from the study, but an encouragement. A composite schedule will bring substantial benefits to learning efficiency.

Every day the “lie to me” shows are unfolding. People repeat the lies for money, jobs, friendship, and even love. Some believe it is no harm to tell several lies, while others consider truth is always indispensable. In my belief, real fact is justice.

To begin with, it is a maxim, “you need to tell a bigger lie to dissemble the former one.” As for a swelling balloon, there is no doubt it will burst out after some point. News once reported how a person had been becoming a notorious swindler little by little. At first, he had lied merely because of showing off rich. However, the vainglory instigated him to lie again and again, burrow money to pretend, rob Peter to pay Paul, and even scam money. Finally, the balloon broke, and he sent himself to prison, regretting in his rest life. From him, we view a minuscule lie growing into a huge tragedy. Thus, the best preclusion is, to tell the truth at the start.

Indeed, with mercifulness and sympathy, sometimes people would rather lie to solace friends or families. Nevertheless, whether people take advantage of the lies is doubtable. It is honesty that is the strongest loyalty. When they lie to people for those purposes, their doings are only to help others escape from reality. For example, if a father lied to his kid, “there is no bad guy in the world,” could he guarantee the kid would not be harmed forever? To secure real maturity, people need to confront the reality, no matter how horrible it is. As a result, everyone ought to tell the truth, which could promote all persons’ growth. Though worries about depression with the honest words do exist, humans always absorb hope and strength from the sufferings.

In conclusion, lies lead to nothing but the worse. Since our lives have established on objective reality, honesty is the most cherishable virtue.

Through a long-time hard-working and a fierce competition, students get the accession to their dreaming universities and colleges. The schools will provide many resources for them, such as courses, libraries, sports complexes, and social activities. Then a problem puzzling schools’ managers arises: how to balance the investment between extracurricular activities and academic resources? In my viewpoint, sports and social activities are as significant as classes and libraries.

Indeed, a popular view is that students ought to spend all their time studying. But is it a proper way to learn? According to an investigation, the excessive exposition to works could lead to the dramatic descend of working efficiency. In contrast, a moderate diversion can help people concentrate better on their tasks. Thus, sports, debates, and other activities could reinvigorate students and promote efficient study. Besides, students are more likely to gain inspiration from extracurricular activities, which is conducive to assimilating knowledge. As a result, sports and social activities are not an escape from the study, but an encouragement. A composite schedule will bring substantial benefits to learning efficiency.

More importantly, what students need from university is not only the improvement of scholarship or philosophy but pre-socialization. No one is an island, and none of the schools is an ivory tower. To adapt to future social lives, students ought to learn how to deal with, communicate with, and cooperate with others. Hence, Social activities are excellent opportunities for college students to take rehearsals. For instance, my roommate Ray took part in many activities during his university period. No doubt, social activities are essential in students’ campus experience.

In conclusion, extracurricular activities catalyze both learning and maturation process of students. Universities should attach the same importance to them as to academic resources.
