Nowadays, the value of old people’s advice is a hot topic in social platform. This phenomena can attribute to the world without constancy. To the extent of my observation, I am inclined to believe that grandparents’ advice is valuable.

At first place, old people have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience. Usually, people with rich experience are well qualified to offer suggestion. Just like we would like to read <<Poor Charlie’s Almanack>> before buying stocks and ask our experienced leaders for help at work. Our grandparents experienced many events that we only saw in books. Some of them had lived through the war, others had grown up in poverty. These rich life experiences give them wisdom, conservation and manner the young do not have. Hence, their warning or advice can enlighten our life. I still remember that in the movie “Spider-Man”, Peter was confused and lost by his superpowers. He spared no effort to help others, but his life got worse and worse. He didn’t know the meaning of Spider-Man, maybe he should just live his own life well. At this time his grandmother told him that people need a hero, especially Spider-Man. In her mind, Spider-Man is the incarnation of justice and the symbol of the city’s light. Peter was deeply moved, and then began to put on his Spider-Man uniform again.

In addition, although the world is changing, the correct values and the morals we advocate have not changed. The advice that the elderly give us usually conveys the correct values. The elderly tell us to be honest and to be kind to others. These are all valuable in life. Maybe these suggestions sound too simple and empty, but great wisdom and useful principles are often the simplest. If you can’t even be honest and be polite, you won’t get the respect of others in your life, let alone make some big achievements.

In my final analysis, I am still of the firm opinion that grandparents’ advice is useful. They have experienced what we haven’t, and face the unknown of the world with us. Their suggestions condensed time. That will be of great benefit to us.

What especially concerns us in this issue is whether we should give our grandparents suggestion a important position. Old people has wealth experience since they undergo many positive or negative events like depression or war. When we listen to an advice of some people with rich experience, we can learn a lot from them and their experiences can be enlightenment brightening our life. I remember in movie <<Spider Man>>, Peter Parker once lost his mind and do not know what to do with his special ability. He keep helping others but his own life become worse. At this time, his grandmother Jane told him that people need hero, especially need spider man. She said that spider man build a good example for teenagers. Peter Parker weeped and finally do his responsibility.

In addition，another indispensable part of my consideration is that right values and attitudes toward life do not change along with world. Our grandparents usually communicate healthy values toward us. Therefore, that’s still useful and valuable. The old experienced poor ages advice their generations not to squander money. Also, some old teachers advice their grandchildren to study hard. All above can help us to avoid unnecessary detour.

And of course, I do not intend to create the impression here that the old can always keep following social steps. Admittedly, our grandparents cannot understand burgeoning of many advanced theory or products. However, there is no escaping the fact that grandparents are making progress too. This statement assume that the old cannot change with the world, but a host of them love to go to the elderly university and try to use online shopping. Therefore, their viewpoints can change too.

In the final analysis, I am still of the firm opinion that grandparents advice is useful. To sum up the given reasons above, we can safely reach the conclusion that listening to our grandparents is rather a wise decision since they have rich experience and enlighten us with a right core value.
