Nowadays, more and more people do not stay in the same job for several years.There are various reasons for this behavior. I reckon that the benefits of changing jobs frequently are more than the drawbacks.

There are some reasons why people choose to alter their job every few years.Firstly, since we are in a fast-changing world, the space of technological change has accelerated, the worker needs to be flexible. For example, about 10 years ago, many industries needed people to produce goods by hand. But now the machine can replace them, so they need to find a new suitable job.Secondly, people who change jobs can gain more experience than if they stay in one job for a long time.They may harvest more knowledge.Thirdly, in order to further their career, people are always willing to join a more challenging job to broaden their horizons.

In my opinion, people who choose to get new employment may harvest a lot more than they lose.On the one hand, when their current job can’t afford enough salary for them to live, They would live this company.They have the right to move to another company which offers a promotion or a higher salary.

On the other hand, they can retain a different occupation. As I mentioned before, the new job may be challenging. People need to develop a range of skills and experience to adopt it.During this process, the speed of improving abilities will expedite.For example, when they change jobs constantly, although their life rhythm may be disturbed, they also feel interested and get more surprised.

In conclusion, the reason why people switch to other jobs is multitudinous. I would agree that the advantages of this action outweigh the disadvantages.
