With the advent of the technology society, numerous industries face new opportunities and challenges. Companies aim to survive in competition should give the top priority to adjust changes and meet technique requirements. In this way, companies who spend money on enhancing employee’s technological skills will earn more.

Using technical tools can reduce workers’ working burden and improve working efficiency. First of all, using some technological tools could free employees from trivial work. For instance, electronic office applications make paperless working reliable in most industries. These software applications greatly save people’s time on copying, binding and settling files. What’s more, e-office can schedule and setup tasks’ KPI to individual or groups, let alone check implementation and apportion tasks. With limited time and energy spending on trivial works, the employees can keep wise and passionate. After a short rest, the workers could allocate precious time and spirits on significant decision and creative projects. As we known, this kind of work is closely associated with the high production profit of business. So, companies should take using technology to reduce the working burden into consideration.

Replacing repetitive work with technology can also decrease mistakes and lessen loss. Human beings are emotional animals, so the state of minds employees frequently influence their working outcomes. Moreover, when people become impatient, worried or angry, he is more likely to make mistakes or fail in communicating. The consequences of these situations might bring unexpected loss for the company or induce irreparable results in some special industries. For example, imagine an automotive engineer miscalculated a parameter of the engine in a model of motorcycle owing to sleepiness. When he didn’t realize this error and continued submitting, company would produce numerous the cars of this type and sell out. Problematic vehicles might cause a disaster to not only the drivers who driving the cars but also their families. In this way, automatic computation and production can keep preciseness and accuracy all the way. Training employee to use technology also means restrain the possibility of going wrong, which is an effective way to limit the pecuniary loss.

I firmly stand behind the statement all college students should take history classes.

First, learning historical events or figures provide us a rich understanding of the past and profound lessons of life. For example, exploring the Chinese history answered my question about how our ancestor built this grandiose civilization. Before reading history books, various questions are inside my mind, like why so many people are proud of my country. And how someone become so famous among their latter generations. From paper materials, I knew many wisdom celebrities and heroes greatly contributed to our country and civilizational progress. Like Confucius, First Emperor of Qin, Sun Yat-sen and so on, all of them are full of wisdom. What really inspired and thrilled me is that chairman Mao, Zhu Geliang, HanXin, those famous persons came from my hometown. They’re all the ones who read large amounts of books and learned from history, and try to solve problems about society or countries. That really gives me passion and determination to study hard and glean experiences from the past to solve current problems.

What’s more, exploring history develops our philosophic thinking of life and helps us enhance sense of happiness and satisfaction. For me, better understanding of history tells us the meaning of life. Glancing over the historical evolution of human civilization, I found it was an active example of history of philosophy development. Being close to western history, from Aristotle and Plato, humans are enlightened to think about who we are and where we are come from. The whole course of civilized progress, including building empire and colonizing lands, all are actions to find answers of where are we go. These essential and basic issues help me find purposes of many things. When I spare no effort to fight for a nice offer from famous colleges or big companies, I am not happy. Because suffering various pressure from our parents or friends, I don’t know why I have to do this. After conducting a self-assessment, I know well about what I really want is not just a peaceful life. What I want to go and to do is entering the people and exerting my influence. In this way, historical knowledge gives me useful and wise instructions of my life. I know well about what’s the meaning of my hardworking and how to make an ideal choice just like previous figures.

I believe, for high-school students, studying extensive academic subjects benefits them more than limiting to several specific disciplines.

Firstly, studying broadly arouses student’s interests of exploring specific fields, which benefits them in the long term. As we know, interest is the best teacher. For teenagers in high school, restricting on few subjects will sooner or later result in boredom. On the contrary, through exploring different subjects, we will know well about what we are good at and interested in. With a good self-assessment, making an ideal judgement before entering universities and selecting major become easier. For me, I have been interested in social science from high school and chose management, a synthesized social science, as my major. Now, I do well in this field and even determine to start my career future on which arise from it. In short, learning various disciplines opens high possibility for students to find their interests and develop their full potentials.

Moreover, the biggest initiative of high-school education is to help students obtain the common knowledge of life and science. Such elementary sciences, including physics, biology, geology and history, offer us a rich understanding of daily phenomenon. For example, why do plants grow and flowers bloom? Why does a day have 24 hours? And, why are male and female different? We can gain answers through studying various courses rather than only three or four subjects. These life sciences pave the way for us to gain an all-sided comprehension about this world rather than one-sided ones. A comprehensive knowledge base also benefits us in a lifetime no matter what professions we are in.

Admittedly, focusing on limited subjects allows students to obtain profound, specialized knowledge. However, high-school education should be an important stage for students to develop in an all-round way. From this perspective, studying extensive disciplines serves both specific and general functions.

In fast-paced modern life, people’s jobs always come with relatively less vocation time and multiple choices of recreation. As a result, they share fewer enjoyable moments with their families. However, I think that having regular family meals should become more important than before.

Undeniably, families can’t help us solve some problems directly, especially the working burden and interpersonal crisis. We could imagine an adult has to work hard in the company, otherwise he will probably be fired because of the fierce competition. Backing to daily life, he has to think about saving up for his children’s education tuition and parents’ hospital bill. Under these duties, he will definitely spare no effort to catch every chance to win a customer or leave a good impression on bosses even at the cost of absenting from the family dinner party.

However, the companion time of families around dinner table should be one of the most delightful and encouraging moments in our daily life. These enjoyable moments help us release stress and keep all the terrible emotions away. For example, I prefer searching and trying some novel and unique restaurants or various dishes with my parents as well as my brother. Through laughing and hanging out with family, I could be totally relaxed. Meanwhile, my parents could also forgot the interpersonal crisis and promotion pressure temporarily.

What’s more, dinner time is a precious time for families to get along with in equality, which provide some effective indirect ways to solve problems. Without needs to obey the school rules, children would like to talk about some school anecdotes or troubles with their parents. Away from company ordinance, adults also would like to share working crisis with their spouses or parents. In this way, the elder will provide some useful advice or instructions for youth, as well as enhance family’s confidence to handle problems. Gradually, family members can become more intimate and harmonious, operative and tolerate.
