To be honest, it is not rare for me to hear people said how important it is that you should own a home. Nowadays, this situation is very common in China and some other countries. Why did this happen? I will express my thoughts as follow: First of all, the prices of flat and house have been increasing sharply in recent years. What’s worse, they still have upward trends. Obviously, it is a serious situation which makes lots of people panic. They are afraid of that they can’t afford a home in their whole lives. That makes them eager to find a way to calm down their upset minds. Compared with renting a home, owning a home is much more stable. Secondly, most people don’t change their jobs frequently in some countries. In other words, they have a stable and regular life track. If you rent a home as your shelter, you may lose the control of it that is not the situation people are glad to see. If the owner of the home don’t want to rent it to you anymore, you have to find another place to settle down. For many people, it is an annoying situation which costs a lot of energy. Finally, if you own a home, you can rent it to others, which is an easy way to earn money. As far as I am concerned, it is a positive situation. Owning a home in your country, you may save more energy and money. If you only rent a home all the time, there are too many elements that can affect your life. That’s too frustrating. All in all, owning a home is better.
