Government should spend money on railways rather than roads. What extent do you agree or disagree?

The construction of railways has played a vital role in modern society since it is beneficial to the public. In my opinion, the government ought to put funds both on railways and roads.

Building up roads can help some poor rural areas develop their economics. Roads are able to enhance the connection between rural regions and cities. Some farmers can transport their productions to the urban area by highways. By selling consumer goods they can earn profits. To be precise , Some villages with good sceneries can promote tourist industry. Because tourists can reach villages easily by mountain roads. In addition, young people who have energy and ambitions will come there if they want to discover business opportunities.

Meanwhile, road perfections are also the symbol of the city function.  It can beautify the surrounding and improve citizens’ efficiency. Such as broaden driveways, building urban overpasses. These measurements   make good use of spaces and will reduce the traffic jams. Citizens will save a lot of time on ways and they don’t have to worry about being late for work . And the green belts on both sides of the road will mitigate the air pollution produced by cars.

Railroading is an indispensable part of traffic building which bring regions’ prosperity . It is a kind of transportation which achieves trade between nations and regions. There are more talents gathering and large quantities goods selling in areas. Furthermore, different culture will also complete integration and communication.

To summarize, it would be sensible for governments to develop railways and roads together.
