Nowadays, the technology of information transfer has developed more rapidly than before. Without going outside, people can know the things that happened in the world. It is hard to tell whether individuals will benefit from the sharing of information. Some people think it is crucial to let everyone hear academic and technological ideas from the world. In contrast, I think governments have to control and share the right and valuable pieces of messages to citizens.
It is undeniable that sharing information among people has many advantages. Knowing the business information will benefit consumers. For example, customers won’t buy a broken car in the car market. One reason for that is people already knew which supplier is trustworthy. What’s more, sharing information on scientific research may benefit citizens. Some basic knowledge like how to do first-aid can help people when they are in danger. Also, publish information about new laws freely can let the government hear mixed voices. Various comments allow policymakers to understand what residents need.
On the other hand, sharing information may harm some people’s profit. Firms are reluctant to share their innovative ideas since most industries want to improve their competitiveness. A typical example is Coca Cola that kept its recipe as a secret for many years to enhance brand loyalty. Moreover, reading academic messages may mean a waste of time for many people. In other words, professional information may be meaningless for many individuals. For example, artists may never use advanced medical skills in their lives. Besides, companies share information among them may harm customers’ rights. A cartel will appear if companies communicate to set an extremely high price for essential goods.
To sum up, individuals need to distinguish between valuable and valueless information. Sometimes the free exposure of information may let many people suffer.

Nowadays, technology has brought about numerous changes in human life. Particularly in agriculture, techniques like auto-irrigation increase working productivity dramatically. However, lots of people still suffer from starvation for many reasons. Although this situation is undoubtedly bad for individuals, societies can take steps to mitigate this problem.

There are many reasons to explain why some people are starving. First of all, the gap between countries’ farming techniques is large. Brazil has more starving people compared with America because Brazilians don’t have advanced technological equipment. What’s more, many countries distribute income unevenly. For example, 5% of Americans are notably rich, but 23% of Americans cannot achieve the average living standard. Also, the population keeps growing in the world. India’s fast-growing population puts more stress on their undeveloped agriculture. In other words, the living conditions of Indians have become worse after many people live in starvation.

Societies can use many ways to tackle these problems. Countries can sign a contract like the Paris Agreement with each other to achieve their aims together. However, a globalize agreement is hard to reach as many developed countries are reluctant to help developing countries. Moreover, countries can subsidize companies and set the maximum price for essential goods. This policy will make foods affordable to poor people. Nations can also limit the birth rate since a lower population growth rate means less pressure on poor lands.

We have to admit that many people are still in hunger these days. However, individuals can make efforts to find and solve the fundamental problems. People can always solve difficulties when they face them together.

Indeed, individuals always face many difficulties in their lives, especially when they settle in a foreign-language country. However, I disagree that problems caused by lacking language skills are severe. Also, language abilities are possible to improve.

Being unfamiliar with foreign languages makes live abroad harder. First of all, cultural barriers are a common issue that non-native speakers meet. Different customs build up different language structures. For me, it is troublesome to understand jokes or puns in other languages.

Moreover, many learners only study academic vocabulary, not daily expression. As an economics student, I am more familiar with “hyperinflation” rather than “shaver. Also, migrants’ words may sound rude if people are not good at a language. For example, people may not know how to say “please” or other words that sound politely.

However, these difficulties won’t lead to horrible issues. Individuals can always develop their language skills in daily life. People will mimic others instinctively, which means that it is not hard to learn how others speak. What’s more, individuals can overcome these difficulties by persisting in studying. Also, most native speakers will understand migrants’ situation and they will be kinder to them. As a Chinese, I will praise my friend when she speaks Chinese. That is not because she is good at it. The main thing is that she likes Chinese cultures. Moreover, she wants to learn about China.

From what I addressed above, I don’t think non-native speakers cannot beat these problems. The thing people should do is improving themselves.

Contemporarily, the number of young adults takes a larger proportion of the population than elders. Whether this phenomenon is good or not has become a controversial question. In my opinion, it is a good situation.

A high number of young adults is good for domestic producers. What I mean by that is, many young people will join the domestic labor markets. This behavior offers companies more choices. What’s more, supply costs will decrease when producers choose cheaper labor.Comparing with older people, young adults are more diligent. Besides, they are always more keen on following global trends. For producers, these characteristics make young labor efficient as well as keeping up with times.

A large number of young labor raises the government budget surplus. In other words, the tax paid by young workers increases government revenue. According to <financial times>, young people’s purchasing power is higher than elders. Because of this, they also have to pay higher sales taxes. Governments can use this revenue to benefit domestic citizens by improving public infrastructures.

On the other hand, the high number of young adults may worsen the domestic economic situation. The main reason is more young people are in debt compared to old people. When there is a limited supply, increasing demand for money may lead to a higher interest rate. This increase in interest rate makes saving profitable, therefore discouraging people’s willingness to buy. Fortunately, setting the maximum borrowing amount can restrain this behavior.

From what has been addressed before, the large number of young adults is good, because this situation has many advantages like profiting domestic producers and increasing government revenue. Although young people have higher debt probability than elders, this can be solved by government intervention.
