People have their certain duty when they work for an enterprise. In other words, workers need to dispose missions that belong to their post. As a result, they often do repetitious works day by day. In my perspective, employees are more satisfied when there are many different types of tasks to do.

Firstly, multiple tasks make workers more interested in their job. The scientific truth has clearly manifested that our Brian dislike repetitive and tedious works. Brain’s operating efficiency descents when it consecutively confronts the same works. As a result, we become unsatisfied about our job. On the contrary, if there are plural works types, brain can synthesize chemicals such as dopamine, which pleases human. For example, my English teacher always dispenses alike homework everyday but my math teacher alters the type of tasks. Therefore, we are enthusiastic about the math homework.

Secondly, assorted tasks provide workers with the sense of accomplishment. It’s challenging for workers to do unfamiliar missions. In that case, in order to finish works on time, workers make efforts to surmount difficulties. Once they finish the task, they become excited because their endeavors are followed by success. Logically, they feel more satisfied with their works. Me, as an example, my tutor delivered a pristine project two years ago. Though this project was relevant to some academic subjects that I was unfamiliar with, I eventually solve it via hard working. I was full of the sense of accomplishment at that time.

Admittedly, it’s myopic to blindly draw the conclusion that many different work types always satisfy workers. For instance, employees may suffer a setback since they are lack of experience when solving unconversant problems. Hence, they gradually lose their patience and passion. However, by rationally assigning tasks, this circumstances is avoidable. Generally speaking, I still insist my point of view.

In conclusion, many different kinds of tasks more satisfy workers.

People have a certain position when they work for an enterprise. In other words, people need to deal with staffs which belong to their post. As a result, we often do repeated works day by day, which tires us easily. In my perspective, I believe that workers are more satisfied when they have many different types of tasks to do during the workday. My standpoints will be elaborated in the following paragraphs.

Firstly, tasks of different kinds can stimulate workers’ passion for their work. The scientific truth clearly manifested that our brain dislikes repeated and tedious works. Its efficiency of operating descents when we do the same thing all day long. As a result, we feel unsatisfied about our jobs. On the contrary, if there are plural work types for workers, their brain can synthesize chemicals such as dopamine. This chemical satisfies workers during the workday. For example, my English teacher always dispenses the same homework everyday. However, my math teacher changes the type of tasks everyday. Therefore, we feel more satisfied about the math homework.

Secondly, Different types of tasks can make workers acquire the sense of accomplishment. Workers confront some difficulties when they are asked to do tasks which they are unfamiliar with. In that case, they will take efforts to surmount those difficulties. Once they finish the task, they will feel excited because their endeavors are responded by success. Logically, they feel more satisfied with their works.

Admittedly, it’s myopic to blindly draw the conclusion that many different work types always satisfy workers. For instance, difficulties that workers encounter during they are dealing with new tasks can be too difficult for them. Hence, this kind of setbacks harms workers enthusiasm severely. However, due to that the advantages is more than the disadvantages, I still firmly support my opinion.

In conclusion, workers are more satisfied when they have many different types of tasks to do.
