Humans now benefit from new technologies. For example, the advent of Internet makes information more accessible, and the maglevs make trips convenient and easy. While enjoying the convenience of new technologies, many people insist that technology has made children less creative. Everything is so easy now that children do not want to accomplish something by themselves. Nevertheless, I believe that technology makes children more creative than they were in the past.

Adimittedly, new technology brings convenience to people. Since my mother bought a new cleaning robot, she has never set time to clean the floor. The technology can not only replace physical labor, but the mental work too. Before, people had to record items on paper by hand and calculated recorded data later. Now, they use Excel to document, and this software can provide all statistic results you need. Thereby people do not need to calculate numbers by themselves. However, whether this process will make children less creative? I do not think so.

When the simple work has been completed by technology, children can accomplish creative ideas and work without wasting time on these useless and repetitive tasks anymore. For example, my nephew is learning about making robots. When I was young, it is hard to imagine to make my own robot. A multitude of basic calculations and experiments are preconditions of making robots, which took too much time. However, I find my nephew uses a developed software on computer to solve the basic calculations and stimulate experiments. All he needs to do is to input parameters and click on a mouse, and then he gets the results. With these results, he sets about making robots and complete a robot soon. It is wonderful that new technology helps him to prepare, and set time for him to do something really creative.

Technology makes great benefits to humans now. For example, Internet’s invention makes information more accessible, and the maglevs make trips convenient and simple. While enjoying the convenience of new technologies, many people insist that technology has made children less creative because everything is so easy now that children do not want to accomplish something by themselves. Nevertheless, I believe that technology makes children more creative than they were in the past. It is true that convenience of technology makes people become indolent. Since my mother bought a new cleaning robot, she has never set time to clean the floor. The technology can not only replace the physical labor, but the mental work too. Before people need to record items on paper by hand and calculate recorded data later, they use Excel to record now and then this software can give all statistic results you need immediately so people do not need to calculate by themselves. However, whether this process will make children less creative? I do not think so.

Admittedly, attending a class led by an expert is an effective way to learn how to teach better because an expert usually has advanced methodology about education which can give other people elicit guides. After all, an expert will use big data to analyze and find the best pattern and have deep research about education methods. High school teachers are busy with their daily work and do not have enough energy and time to do such research. If teachers can attend the class led by an expert, they will learn a lot from that class.

First, it will be very convenient if high school teachers use online material for additional training. In fact, high school teachers have a lot of work to do. They need to teach and supervise students and check their homework, which costs most of their time. If they have to set out a period to attend a class, their high school courses will be interfered with. However, if they can get material online, they can choose to get additional training at any time they want.

Second, the key factor of education lies in the communication with students face to face. Teachers still do not know how to practice if they only get the therotical trainings. However, online training can give teachers an opportunity to combine practice and theory. They can learn from the online material to get better methods, use them in their daily contact with students, and search for solutions to solve the problems popped out in communication. In the process of learning and correction, they can acquire skills and experience about teaching that just attending a class can never provide.

In conclusion, I believe that getting additional training online will be more effective for high school teachers than attending a class led by an expert.

Many parents don’t allow their children to take part-time jobs because parents tend to be afraid of wasting their children’s time. But in my view, working part-time is good for young people.

First of all, taking part-time jobs can increase social experience, which is beneficial for teenagers’ future. When a teenager grows up as an adult, he or she will have to find a job in this competitive society. However, if a teenager has taken part-time jobs before, he or she may have already accumulated some working experience. This accumulation helps he or she to stand out among many candidates.

econd, working part-time may help teenage children to increase their communication skills. Some part-time jobs like waiter and cashier needs talking with strangers. Choosing these jobs as their part-time job, teenagers must learn how to handle with different people. In this process, they gradually acquire the skills of communicating which are useful in their adult life. For example, my cousin Tom used to be reticent and didn’t have many friends. However, since he started to work part-time in a restaurant as a waiter, he has changed a lot. He is busy in his work time and must deal with varieties of people and chat with them to get tips. When I met him just a few days ago, he had become more communicative and told me that he had more friends. Therefore, it is really useful to take a part-time job and increase your communication abilities.

Finally, to take a part-time job can make teenagers more prudent to money, which is also very important to their adult life. On the one hand, they know the toughness of earning money so they will hardly waste their reward. On the other hand, they can save the payments for themselves which will come in handy one day. Taking part-time jobs may not make a lot of money, nevertheless, it’s a simulation of earning one’s living, just like what everyone will do when they become adults. So taking some part-time job brings teenager money and let them regard their own money more discreetly.
