The popularization of TV makes it possible for children to watch TV programs at home and school. This is an effective access to gain knowledge. It remains a question if so will be children encouraged to watch TV regularly. I partly agree the idea of this frequent screen time.

Television viewing can enrich children’s study and activities which brings them the wide horizon. By the audios and colorful images, the content presented by the TV usually attract children’s attention.However, watching TV frequently takes up a large amount time of children.They do not have enough time to attend activities and communicate with others, which makes them lonely and being isolated, even result in some mental matters. Besides, spending much time on sitting in front of the screen does harm to their physical fitness. The eyesight and spine often damages and their lungs and heart will be affected by lacking of exercises and fresh air.

Many informative programs on TV will interface with children’s study which indeed benefit their intelligence development. These makes it a possible that children can integrate with theories and practices. Since children can use the remote control to choose what they prefer to watch and the TV also recommend the programs to their liking, they can not acquire knowledge systematacially and will fail to achieve a higher score in the exams.
