    Undoubtedly, no one likes to be criticized by others and it is always hard to accept them. However,  whether one who does not accept others’ critiques could maintain career achievements is a heavily debated issue. I believe that only taking others’ advice seriously could lead to personal success.

    Firstly, people who accept others’ criticism make their shortcomings apparent and thus improve them instantly. This is because our weak points could be exposed during the collaboration. So your collages may aware of it firstly and talk out straightly. Take the national football team of China, a team behaving increasingly worse recently, as an example. Back in 2002, the first and the only time for the team to attain the entrance qualification of the world cup, We had a diversity of team members from different professional backgrounds, including the players employed in the England premier league, a platform with the most expensive commercial advertisements and company sponsorship. Those who were playing abroad were constantly proposing suggestions to the coach, criticizing and conducting those who played in the domestic clubs on their technical problems.
