Sometimes at work or school, you might encounter a problem that requires creativity – for example, when you are given a new task to complete that is very different from other tasks you do. In work or school situations that require you to think creatively, would you prefer to work alone or with others?

Independant thinking triggers a heated discussion over would you prefer to work alone or with others when you are required to think creatively. Working alone, in some people’s views, is a preferable option. Contrary to these people’s opinions is my perspective that cooperating with others is superior.

What must be prioritized is that working collectively with others, instead of doing work by oneself, is beneficial to students’ academic learning, by offering them more knowledge and triggering their enthusiam in learning. To begin with, collaborating with group members can provide students with the access to comprehensive expertise. In detail, by communicating with others in group, not only can students acquire academic knowledge, but they are able to broaden practical knowledge not imparted by instructors. Moreover, never can we ignore the significance of cooperation to students’ interest in study. To explain it further, working collectively, by creating information gaps, between their existing knowledge and authentic situations, encourages them locate the missing information, such independant thinking and social skill, so as to fill the gap.

What should be equally worth discussing is that working with other, rather than dealing with problem by oneself, can promote students personal development, by honing their interpersonal skills and cultivating their persistence. Initially, comunicative tactics, a vital element in one’s personal and academic life, can be practiced during collaboration. Specifically, people from assorted backgrounds and cultures are accessible in coopration, where a set of interpersonal skills, including nonverbal communication, engaged listening and etiquette, can be practiced. Additionally, it is well ackonwledged that when having a cooperation with other members, students will become more determined. To be more specific, it is coping with enigmas, abudant during a task, that fosters one’s persistence, one of the most admirable virtures, and urges  one to achieve success regardless of any setbacks.

Academic performance, the foundation of students’ future development, will be boosted when they callaborate with others. Personal development, essential contributors to students’ future success, will be facilitated, if they have a cooperation with other members. To conclude, only by working collevtively, instead of working alone, can studens reap numerous benefits.

When it comes to whether to work alone or work with others, people’s opinions vary from person to person. This gives rise to the argument on the effective way of working on a creative task. In my opinion, it is an advisable and preferable way to accomplish a task jointly.

Working collectively with others is beneficial to students’ academic learning, by offering them more knowledge and triggering their enthusiasm in study. To begin with, collaborating with group members can provide students with comprehensive expertise. By communicating with others in a group, students can acquire a wide range of academic knowledge in language, art, and history. Also they can broaden practical knowledge not imparted by instructors. Moreover, never can we ignore the significance of cooperation to students’ interest in learning. Working collectively creates information gaps between their existing knowledge and authentic situations. This encourages them to locate the missing information, such independent thinking, and social skill, so as to fill the gap.

Working with others can promote students personal development by honing their interpersonal skills and cultivating their persistence. Initially, communicative tactics, a vital element in one’s personal and academic life, can be practiced during collaboration. Specifically, people from assorted backgrounds and cultures are accessible in cooperation, where a set of interpersonal skills, including nonverbal communication, engaged listening and etiquette, can be practiced. Additionally, it is well acknowledged that when having a cooperation with other members, students will become more determined. To be more specific, it is coping with enigmas, abundant during a task, that fosters one’s persistence, one of the most admirable virtues, and urges one to achieve success regardless of any setbacks.
