It is more important for governments to spend money to improve Internet access than to improve public transportation. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Nowadays the internet plays an important role in the society. And no wonder that people can’t live without the internet access. So here comes to a dispute that some people propose that the government should spend more money on the internet access than on the public transportation while a bunch of individuals argue that the commute is more significant. From my opinions, the transportation is a requisite in our life. So I prefer the latter one.

First, the convenience of the transportation can reduce the pressure for the citizens. And it can surely improve the rate of happiness. For example, the programmer always need to relax. And if they can spend less energy on the transportation, they can put more vigor in the work. If the program gets into trouble, they have to get to company as fast as possible, testing and fixing the bugs also cost a lot of time, and reducing the time during the on and the off duty can definitely bring them happiness. As to businessman, time is money, if they can decrease the time on the transportation can bring them hundreds of profits. They can have more leisure time and catch the chance in the business.

Second, improving the condition of the public transportation can enhance the safety of the traffic. Now the population aging becomes a big problem. And for the elder who tend to have poor physical situation are very dangerous in the social life. Like the brake of the driver can cause the slipping for them which may lead to wresting. And in the underground, the gab between the train and the platform can be a trouble without the safeguard’s care. And for children, the danger of the crowded bus and busy road also can’t be ignored.
