老师，求教几个问题（本人国内985法律博士生在读，刚申请了美国一年的llm，将来准备在美国从事法律行业，项目属于general，未定方向，h4身份）
1.因为llm读完比较难找到律师的工作，所以想了解美国哪方面的律师就业机会较多？或者说哪个方向的律师缺口比较大？华人在知识产权方面的就业前景如何？在哪里可以检索到这些信息？
2.前述问题中的律师需必备哪些技能？

It is broadly accepted that it takes at least forty years for a legal system (including courts, laws, judges, and attorneys., etc) to mature provided there would be no significant hindrance. As such, it would be foolish to focus on studies of a specific law category that is deprived of such a chance.
Additionally, some law branches such as Immigration Law are being increasingly eaten up by Big Four Accounting firms, thereby driving down lawyers’ income significantly.
On the other hand, more than 50% of international commercial disputes involve companies/organizations from emerging economies such as China, and more than 70% of legal professionals are from the USA + UK, so a lawyer with Chinese linguistic and legal background is destined to have a promising career prospect.
