    One factor contributing to the lack of social skills could be the unreasonable education system. When employees attended high school, they only focused on those classical classes, like math and science, instead of those having a positive impact on job-related skills. In this way, students are more likely to leave school and apply for a job without the basic ability of working in a team, or communicating with colleagues. Besides, it is probable that some employees just come from companies that place few emphasis on cooperative skills, because their workers are supposed to work alone and address all the problems. Therefore, although their working ability is stronger than others, they can hardly collaborate with teammates.
