In the modern society, we can see that some actors and entrepreneurs gain fat payment. There is a suggest that paying higher salary to educational and medical workers is better than to actors and companies’ leaders. I disagree the point of view and will explain it below.

There are two aspect to analysis people in film industry and business. First, those people who possess considerable wealth are superstars or idols and presidents, and they just occupy a tiny proportion in whole industry. Therefore, it is not a general situation. They are as outstanding persons of their industries into the public view, but there are more people who pay innumerable efforts only receive regular pay. Second, individuals with large income as public figures have uncommon social duties than other people. Behind them, there are fierce competition and high risks. For actors, they assume huge pressure for transient career such as age limitation and vying acting resources. For businessmen, they have to shoulder responsibility for their employers and stockholders.

Admittedly, teachers and doctors are way conducive to society, which product long-term value to push the social development. As the reason, they are in fundamental and necessary vocations, thereby holding more stable condition than stars and company chiefs. Besides, in educational and medical industry, the promotion structures are simpler than entertainment industry and business. As we know, if them continue to improve their professional ability and to accumulate work experience, they can gradually gain a decent wage and job position.

In short, the phenomenon mentioned in this question is a normal market mechanism, so the present allocating of payment is reasonable and balanced.
