I agree with the statement that the public should accept new concepts and recognize opinion of others to be prosperous due to the contributions to relationships and efficiency.

A priority is that accepting new ideas from others and being willing to change their mind, rather than insisting on their thoughts, exerts a positive influence on boosting efficiency, by reducing time and eliminating errors. To begin with, never can we ignore the significance of embracing new ideas to save a larger quantity of time. In detail, the more positive people accept new ideas and change their minds, the more time people will save, distributing less time to dispute and allocating more time to addressing the issues; however, such a wide range of time will be consumed when people stick to their old ideas. In addition, being always receptive to new ideas can decrease the likelihood of errors. To explain it further, people, by accepting new thoughts and changing their minds readily, can be able to discover individual mistakes and correct them on time, thus putting more energy to improve themselves and making them successful.

Equally importantly, a strong relationship with colleagues and their supervisors will be established when people are willing to adopt new ideas and change their minds, instead of being isolated from outside thoughts. Initially, it is when one possesses new ideas that people can make a strong bond with their cowokers. To be more specific, the more reluctant people are to accept new ideas, the more willing numerous people are to contact with them, even discuss individual thoughts; on the other hand, never will a person make a bond with their coworkers if they are limited to their thoughts. Moreover, it is well-known that supervisors will appreciate those who are open to new ideas. Specifically, people, who adopt new ideas readily, are more likely to possess more thoughts, thus they can find the best solutions to help the development of the company, however, stubborn people will not gain the boss’s appreciation, let alone get promotions and become successful.
