With the increment of students every year, more competitions are happened between them in order to own a brighter future. If those students want to get success, good teachers are necessary to help them find a better way to study. Many people believe that there are many effective teachers, but it is hard to find one who can be popular at the same time. And I believe this opinion is correct and hard to argue.

The first difficult 【difficulty】for those teachers to be popular and effective is they do not have enough time. Usually, a teacher would have many classes and lots of homework to check every day. In this situation, they may only have a few hours to prepare what they need to teach. Although many people think teachers just need to use those old PowerPoints as teaching materials, teachers need to also think about the situation of the whole class: whether they can understand these contents in a short time or need to prepare more explanation and practice more. Thus, those several hours may only enough for teachers to make sure their teaching processes are effective. Otherwise, they must sacrifice their relaxing time to optimize their teaching materials, which is unnecessary in my opinion.

Moreover, sharing knowledge is just a plain and boring process, which is conflicting to the intention of being popular. The meaning of teaching is sharing the knowledge and information from teachers into students’ brains. If teachers want to be popular, then they need to make sure they can transform a process that should be boring into an interesting activity that can appeal students. Thus, the teachers need to add many unnecessary contents into the teaching process. While more this type of contents is involved, there will be less time for sharing truly useful knowledge. In this way, the effectiveness of the classes and teachers would be reduced.
