People seem to have contradictory views concerning spending time with colleagues. Some argue that spending leisure time with colleagues is a good idea. Others, however, consider it should be a boundary between work and life. While I acknowledge the validity of the former perspective in many circumstances. I am more sympathetic to the latter one, believing that in most scenarios, there should be a gap between personal and professional life.

On the one hand, some people prefer to take their spare time with colleagues for several reasons. Firstly, it will be helpful to improve the relationship between the co-workers and that will be a benefit for the job.since people know more about each other and care about each other. Secondly, by doing spare time with colleagues, the work atmosphere will be friendly and more efficient, and it will help the company more consociate. The more time with colleagues, the more vulnerable they may be to the relationship.

On the other hand, a private lifetime ought to be spent away from the workplace for many and I agree. Firstly, many people do not like their work or the status quo, they only stay in it for the sake of the salary and, therefore, they do not like to spend time with colleagues after work. Secondly, people are undering in a stressful workday in 5 days. so they should get relaxation from that to vent the tension, and it will be helpful to work efficiently when they come back to work. In addition, nowadays, jobs are changed easily, and people surrounding also will be changed frequently, but personal life and relationship is a must for a productive life.

In conclusion, while some people may be susceptible to flamboyant work life and relationships, the influence of private life is exaggerated in most circumstances.
